System Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the coordination and execution of on-site installation work. This role involves working closely with clients and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, Networking, Electrical, or related fields, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in project or technical support roles.

  • Coordinate and monitor on-site installation work to meet project schedules and deadlines.
  • Attend site meetings with clients and contractors to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Assist in system installation, testing, and handover to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide technical support on-site and remotely to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in IT, Networking, Electrical, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project or technical support roles.
  • Able to read system drawings and understand basic networking concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
