Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Cards and Personal Loans team at Maybank Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, developing, and implementing new business requirements and processes to increase market share and group profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement improvement plans to existing business, system processes, and workflows to increase productivity and efficiency, reducing cost of operations and addressing security concerns.
- Understand and propose business propositions and requirements to develop solutions.
- Participate in the preparation of business requirements.
- Initiate and review user requirements.
- Review and sign off on functional specifications.
- Actively participate in meetings with business, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or IT, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Cards, Personal Loans-related project management or customer management.
- Strong analytical and implementation skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders.
- A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic, with high levels of integrity and ethics.
- Ability to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related and to identify key or underlying issues in complex situations.
- Good understanding of Agile approach to system enhancements, and be the domain expert for Agile concepts for Cards and Unsecured Lending Unit.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
