Innovative Leader for Cards Technology Transformation

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our Cards Technology team at United Overseas Bank (UOB). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and delivering global/regional Cards capabilities for a multi-national/regional company.
The role will involve leading a team of IT System analysts to support cards platform and strategic projects across the UOB franchise. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Credit Cards domain, including mainframe processors like CardLink/CardPac/Visionplus, and the ability to think through technical solutions to business problems/requirements.
Key responsibilities will include building and implementing system capabilities based on a deep understanding of business functions and the UOB architecture strategy. The leader will also be responsible for functional solution construction for the Cards processor (CardLink-Mainframe) platform and distributed platform teams.
Our ideal candidate will have more than 18 years' track record in developing and delivering global/regional Cards capabilities for a multi-national/regional company, with a strong technical/platform knowledge of mainframe processors. They will also have experience in executing large-scale Cards technology transformation and migration projects.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate team members to respond to multiple demands and manage changing priorities and meet challenging timelines.
UOB offers a competitive salary of SGD $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The role will also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as the chance to work with a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key qualifications for the role include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar domain, with more than 12 years' leadership experience in managing IT System or business analysis teams. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of the credit card industry and functions of HSM and different types of keys.
