We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the industrialization of new products. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting quality expectations.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PCB Assembly and Product Testing, as well as a strong understanding of electronic components and PCBA manufacturing processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have a strong familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ASPICE) and experience working in the IVI (infotainment) or ADAS systems.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee new product development from concept to mass production, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate various internal teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain detailed NPI project plans, including schedules, phase-gate reviews, validation builds, and production ramp readiness.
  • Oversee the validation process, ensuring the product meets design specifications, reliability, and build quality standards before full-scale production.
  • Regularly report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status to monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure component availability and production capacity for manufacturing.
  • Identify potential issues in the development, manufacturing, or supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to internal teams and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in IVI (infotainment) or ADAS systems.
  • Strong familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ASPICE).
  • Extensive Experience in PCB Assembly and Product Testing.
  • Understanding of electronic components, PCBA manufacturing processes IPC standards.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
