Job DescriptionThe Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Engineers to ensure the safety and reliability of the track system through preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders on engineering efforts ensures system reliability. Responsibilities include work in various locations, monitoring system performance, identifying technical problems, developing effective solutions, and ensuring each system performs within reliability targets.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Ensure branch KPIs and quality maintenance requirements are met, including troubleshooting faults, technical investigations, failure trend analysis, and interfacing with other departments.
- Analyze defect trends, identify reliability concerns, and develop methods for improvement.
- Review and update the System Hazard log and Risk register.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Civil, or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution, with at least 10 years of managerial experience in a maintenance organization.
Experience in railway systems is advantageous.
