We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting cyber infrastructure components, including firewalls, network switches, and log collectors. They will also work closely with product vendors to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure components
  • Collaboration with product vendors to ensure optimal system performance
  • Patching and maintenance of operating systems and applications
  • Performing periodic preventive maintenance on relevant equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge in Network or Network Security such as Firewall
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
  • Knowledge in Linux preferred
  • Basic knowledge of virtualisation and system preferred
  • Relevant work experience (1 to 3 years) in IT security
  • Certification in Information Technology Security field has an advantage
  • Willingness to be on 24x7 standby
