Cyber Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for the IT infrastructure components, managing fault rectification processes, and troubleshooting hardware and software technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support for IT infrastructure components such as firewalls, end-point protection, network switches, and log collectors.
- Manage fault rectification processes and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems using diagnostic utility tools.
- Work closely with product vendors to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition.
- Manage patching processes and maintain components by monitoring, evaluating, testing, and applying critical patches to operating systems and applications.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on relevant equipment.
- Knowledge in Network or Network Security, including Firewall expertise.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Linux is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and systems is preferred.
- Relevant work experience (1 to 3 years) in IT security.
- Certification in Information Technology Security has an advantage.
- Ability to be on standby 24/7.
