As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing postal mail shipments, monitoring their movement to ensure timely delivery, and developing new routes to support business growth.

  • Plan and manage linehaul shipments, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to SOPs & KPIs.
  • Coordinate with overseas hubs to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Assist in developing new products, strategies, and execution plans.
  • Oversee procurement and vendor relationships, including airlines and logistics partners.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to create value-driven solutions for business opportunities.
  • Liaise with airlines on shipment details and coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in airfreight or a related industry.
  • Professional Certificate/Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Access).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent planning skills.
  • Good understanding of sales and operations, with frontline experience being a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-regional teams is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and travel overseas when needed.
