**Position: Distribution Centre (DC) Operations Administrator**

**Full-time**

The Operations and Supply Chain Department is a very dynamic group within Williams-Sonoma, Inc. The scope of the department’s activity includes the day to day oversight of the Australian DC operational and supply chain functions across all brands under Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

The department is seeking an Operations Administrator, whose primary responsibility is to drive operational and supply chain performance administration, assist with reporting for the department and maintain the departments inventory and delivery records.

This position will report to the Director of Operations Australia.

**Key projects and duties include the following**:

- Maintain and enhance reporting of operational performance and key financial data. Responsible for maintaining reporting accuracy across a comprehensive reporting suite, including but not limited to, Returns, ASN Issues, Order fulfillment and delivery, profitability analysis by postcode/region, monthly and weekly logistics reporting.
- Provide data and analysis on key performance measurements. Coordinate ad hoc analyses on operational metrics.
- Collaborate with Inventory teams and Global Merchant teams to reconcile inventory between DHL and NetSuite.
- Operations administrative tasks including but not limited to are:

- Maintenance of inbound airfreight and container receipt record
- Analysis of inbound metrics
- Inbound Issue log liaising with brand planners
- Financial coding across a multitude of suppliers
- General reporting and operational support
- Management of new SKUs set ups
- ASN Reconciliation and creation.
- Assist retail stores and Customer Care Centre with customer enquiries and product ETA enquiries.
- Ensuring a customer comes first mentality while liaising between customer service and WSA logistics partners to resolve problems.
- Focus on operations excellence to the customer. Provides administrative and front office support to the WSA logistics team.

**Requirements/ Qualifications Search**
- 1-2 years solid administration experience, preferably within the service or retail markets.
- Medium experience in Microsoft Excel: ability to retrieve, summarize, and filter large amounts of data, and organize key data appropriately for management presentation. Solid knowledge of filtering, pivot tables, sorting, data tables, look ups, charting and graphs. Data modeling experience a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP systems analysis and reporting is preferred.
- Strong experience in Microsoft PowerPoint: ability to concisely summarize and visually present data and key findings.
- Solid communicator and team player, with ability to manage tasks efficiently and independently; multi-tasking on a broad scope of projects across cross-functional teams.
- Minimum a Diploma in a relevant field.
