Job Description

The CCTV Service Technician will be responsible for the execution of service and maintenance workflow. This includes liaising closely with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues, managing day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results, and assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distributing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include providing support to the supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot, service and maintenance of security systems at clients' premises. Additionally, the technician must familiarise themselves with each client's business, organisation and objectives and deliver customer satisfaction accordingly. Works carried out must also ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.

  • Technical Responsibilities:
  • Execution of service and maintenance workflow
  • Liaising with client representatives on service and maintenance related issues
  • Managing client interactions and expectations
  • Assisting supervisor in team employment and distribution of responsibilities
  • Providing support to supervisor in ensuring timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot, service and maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Min 2 year of working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
  • Possess Class 2 or 3 driving license
