Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV System Specialist to maintain and repair closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and physical security systems. As a security professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing security and surveillance for our clients by deploying and maintaining state-of-the-art physical security systems and equipment, and providing exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintaining the functionality of CCTV systems through routine maintenance.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to cameras, wiring, and recording devices.
  • Replacing faulty components and repairing or replacing damaged cables as needed.
  • Maintaining records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Providing technical support to clients, assisting with system operation, user training, and troubleshooting.
  • Responding to service requests promptly and addressing any issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining detailed records of system configurations, installations, and service history.
  • Preparing reports on CCTV system performance and recommendations for improvements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical knowledge and skills include access control systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, security systems, wiring, inventory management, electrical engineering, computer hardware, CCTV, surveillance, networking, and computer hardware troubleshooting. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Word and assembly manufacturing is desired.
