Job Title:

Customer Service Host

We are seeking a friendly and attentive server to join our team at a fast-paced environment restaurant. As a server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and seating guests with a warm smile
  • Taking food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
  • Having knowledge of the general wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages we serve
  • Providing suggestions based on customers' preferences to enhance their dining experience
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy area to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Handling multiple tables and tasks efficiently to provide prompt service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
  • Proactive and team-oriented to work collaboratively with others
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate guest needs
  • Approachable with a professional appearance to maintain a positive image
  • Attention to detail to understand guests' needs and preferences
