Job Title: Customer Service Host

We are looking for a skilled and courteous host to join our team in providing exceptional customer service. As a part-time customer service host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter during their stay with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the lobby and other public areas
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet and exceed guest satisfaction targets
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum G.C.E. O levels qualification
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
