Financial Leadership Role

The Central FP&A Management Reporting team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Director/Associate Director to drive financial insights, strategic planning, and performance measurement.

This role supports the Finance Director and university leadership in overseeing development and delivery of management reporting, multi-year planning, quarterly financial reviews, and data-driven analysis.

  • Develop high-quality management reporting with clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and strategic analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate cost efficiency initiatives, productivity metrics, and resource optimization.
  • Benchmark performance against peers and industry standards to inform continuous improvement.
  • Partner with finance and business units to support budgets, multi-year plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Lead financial review cycles, including variance analysis and senior leadership reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A, strategic finance, and business partnering.
  • Proven ability to leverage data analytics and technology tools to drive insights and FP&A effectiveness.
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning in complex environments.
  • Strong project and change management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and align across departments and senior leadership.
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies in finance functions.
