We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team at ROYAL QUEEN PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger accounts.
  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and bank statements.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information in our accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the finance department.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; O-level and above preferred.
