We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. This role will involve delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining visual displays and merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- To maintain the visual appearance of retail stores, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- To guide staff on point-of-sale and cashiering transactions, promoting efficient sales processes.
- To conduct on-the-job training and customer service training for retail staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- To prepare weekly and monthly reports, providing valuable insights into sales performance and customer behavior.
- Min. GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 year experience in the retail industry (advantageous).
- To possess a positive attitude and passion for retail, driving business growth and success.
The estimated salary for this position is $2150-$2350 per month, depending on experience.
