Project Leader and Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader and Operations Director to lead our construction projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
  • Supervise and train workers and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action.
  • Maintain clear communication with management, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Enforce safety regulations, conduct quality inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on site.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
