Operational Management Opportunity

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing critical operational functions of the hospital. This includes linen and laundry services, food services, bed management, claims management, and project management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Linen and Laundry Management: Oversee linen services to ensure timely processing, distribution, and cost-effective inventory management.
  • Food Services: Collaborate with food service teams to develop menus, ensure compliance with dietary and food safety standards, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Bed Management: Coordinate with nursing and admissions staff to manage occupancy, reduce wait times, and optimize bed turnover.
  • Claims Management: Supervise claims processing, ensure timely submissions, resolve issues, and analyze claims data to identify improvements.
  • Hospital Inspection: Conduct inspections and audits for compliance, prepare for external accreditation and regulatory checks.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery, managing plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Patient Data Protection: Ensure operational practices protect patient data, conduct audits, and train staff on data protection policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with clinical and administrative teams to address operational challenges and improve patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management (linen/laundry, food services, patient management, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of PDPA and healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting with flexibility in working hours.
