Job Overview:

The Advertising and Promotion Executive plays a pivotal role in driving shopper traffic, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing revenue through mall-wide promotions and events.

  • Market research is conducted to identify promotional opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Inegrated marketing campaigns are planned and executed in alignment with the annual marketing calendar.
  • Atrium spaces, roadshows, and advertising spaces are sourced and secured through partnerships with licensees.
  • Advertising, promotional, and digital marketing strategies are developed and implemented to boost mall visibility.
  • Relationships are established with tenants to encourage active participation in A&P activities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in retail mall marketing, events management, digital marketing, or social media marketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, paid media campaigns, and analytics is necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive shopper traffic and enhance customer experience through effective promotion and event planning.
  • Plan and execute mall-wide promotions and events to maximize revenue.
  • SOURCE AND SECURE LICENSEES TO MAXIMISE REVENUE THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to boost mall visibility.
  • Establish relationships with tenants to encourage active participation in A&P activities.
