Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Advertising & Promotions professional to lead our mall-wide campaigns, promotions, and events. This role is crucial in driving shopper traffic, enhancing customer experience, and supporting tenant sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to assess opportunities and better understand customer needs.
  • Develop and execute mall-wide promotions and events to boost shopper traffic and tenant sales.
  • Source potential licensees to drive Advertising & Promotions revenue through the booking of atrium spaces, roadshows, and ad placements.
  • Create and manage the annual marketing calendar and marketing strategies (social media, website, in-mall directories).
  • Build strong working relationships with tenants, partners, sponsors, and agencies to drive participation and ensure successful launches of campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on A&P effectiveness, recommending improvements for future campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in A&P/mall marketing, preferably from small heartland malls (e.g., F&B retailers, tuition centers, student enrichment operators, and atrium promotions).
  • Experience in event management, digital marketing, and social media marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media platforms, paid media buy, and analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills.
