Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Compliance Program across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong track record in building and sustaining a robust compliance culture.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of regional and international healthcare laws and anti-bribery/anti-corruption legislation, as well as experience working across multiple APAC markets.

This role requires a high level of ethics and integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance compliance with enabling business strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement the APAC Compliance Program in alignment with global standards.
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks; drive continuous improvement through risk-based testing and internal controls.
  • Provide strategic guidance to local and regional leaders on compliance and ethics matters.
  • Deliver tailored training and communications that foster a culture of integrity.
  • Advise on business activities including interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), events, donations, and third-party due diligence.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance within the healthcare or life sciences sector, preferably across multiple APAC markets.
  2. Strong knowledge of regional and international healthcare laws and anti-bribery/anti-corruption legislation (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, POBO, IFPMA, etc.).
  3. Proven track record in building and sustaining a strong compliance culture.
  4. University degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
  5. Fluent in English and Chinese (written & verbal).
