Job Description:

"]- Drive Sustainability Growth in the Asia Pacific Region Through Business Development and Strategic Partnerships.

Identify new business opportunities and provide innovative solutions to drive regional sustainability services.

Develop and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to promote sustainable growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance the firm's market positioning.

About You:

"]- Strong interest in Sustainability & ESG issues and trends. Minimum 7 years of experience in sustainability and ESG in the Real Estate industry. Demonstrated experience delivering sustainability-related services including fund or portfolio-level strategy development, climate risk analysis, and GRESB reporting. Proven track record in business development and sales. Excellent communication, project planning, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Fluency in English.
