Roles & Responsibilities

    As a skilled Interior Space Planner and Designer, you will be responsible for driving sales acquisition for renovation projects. You will provide advisory services, space planning, and design proposals to clients, creating tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Job Scope:

  • Sales acquisition for renovation projects using verified leads
  • Provide expert advice, space planning, and design solutions
  • Create customized proposals based on client requirements
  • Manage renovation works including site supervision and project coordination
  • Efficiently manage customer deadlines by scheduling workflow
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers for seamless handovers
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Travel to job sites during renovation periods as required
  • Manage projects from proposal to execution and handover

Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC, diploma, or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, or AutoCAD is advantageous
  • Candidates without the required educational background are encouraged to apply and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Highly committed, driven, and self-motivated individuals required
  • Excellent communication skills and time management essential
  • Able to see projects through from concept to execution
  • Meticulous, passionate, and good communicator desired
  • Ability to combine logical thinking with creative flair and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors
