We are seeking a highly skilled Food & Beverage Host to join our team at CAPELLA HOTEL, SINGAPORE.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include managing reservations efficiently, responding to guest enquiries, and communicating guest information to the team to personalize their experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant reservations through phone and email to ensure restaurants are confirmed.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate guest information to the team, including special requests and occasions, to provide personalized service.
- Request feedback from guests and communicate this to the manager to improve services.
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to designated seats.
- Ensure each guest receives a fond farewell before leaving.
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database.
Talent Profile
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in formal restaurants as a guest relations officer is required.
Benefits and Perks
We offer an attractive salary package of SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as meal allowances and opportunities for career growth.
