As an Adoption Lead, you will oversee customer onboarding, engagement, and growth for the flagship SaaS platform across India.

This role is crucial in building scalable adoption processes, reducing dependency on current leads, and strengthening second-line leadership in the customer success function.

Responsibilities include leading and managing onboarding and product adoption for manufacturing customers across South, West, and East India, traveling extensively to client locations, mentoring a distributed team of Customer Success Executives, standardizing onboarding processes, planning rollouts, driving customer activation and usage, tracking KPIs, identifying revenue expansion opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, hiring and managing local adoption resources, and implementing a structured knowledge management system.
