Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality Building Information Models.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, manage file management procedures, and coordinate protocols.
  • Collaborate with project teams for seamless integration of BIM models into the construction process.
  • Review third-party BIM submissions to meet project requirements.
  • Perform quality coordination works with stakeholders, including developers, project site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Extract quantities and object information schedules to support activities like Estimates and Cost Planning.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Engineering (Architectural) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the related field, preferably in the Construction Sector.
  • Primary skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Civil - 3D, Navisworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Architectural/Structural works.
