Job Title: Community Fundraising Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Fundraising Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in planning and executing key fundraising events that support our community.

The successful candidate will have excellent event planning and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. They will be passionate about helping vulnerable members of our community and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute key fundraising events, including venue sourcing, vendor review, logistics coordination, on-site execution, and post-event support.
  • Manage fundraising inventory, including merchandise, donation boxes, goodie bags, appreciation certificates, and event materials.
  • Develop event timelines, critical paths, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Recruit, train, brief, and manage volunteers to support the successful execution of pre- and post-fundraising events.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with up to 2 years of related experience in fundraising and/or events management.
  • Proven track record in successfully organizing and executing events of varying scales.
  • Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
