The Assistant Housekeeping Manager assumes responsibility for training and supervision of Housekeeping staff and oversees the Department in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping.
Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
- Establish and control daily cleaning schedules
- Collaborate with Front Office to ensure timely guest accommodation readiness
- Assist Supervisors with training and supervision of Housekeeping staff
- Assume responsibility for the Department in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping
- Coaching and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Budgets
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
