Installation and Repair Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Installation and Repair Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing fans and related products for customers, ensuring optimum performance and adhering to high standards of quality.

  • About the Job:
    • The installation and repair technician will conduct thorough testing and inspection of finished goods before delivery to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
    • A minimum of 8 indoor jobs or 6 outdoor jobs per day is expected, along with accurate diagnosis, servicing, repair, and maintenance of products.
    • The technician will provide feedback to the Technical Director on any performance issues with suppliers and assist in responding to technical service requests from project clients.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform installation and repair of fans and related products for customers.
    • Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain products to ensure optimum performance.
    • Conduct testing and inspection of finished goods before delivery.
    • Monitor and review product performance/quality and provide feedback to the Technical Director on any performance issues with suppliers.
    • Deliver professional, responsible, and customer-focused service for all installation and repair works.
    • Assist in responding to technical service requests from project clients.
  • Working Conditions:
    • 5 days with 2 half-day Saturdays.
    • Class 3 driving license required.
  • Requirements:
    • Candidates should have relevant education and training in electrical engineering or a related field.
    • Skills: Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
    • License: A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
