
Enterprise Growth Manager

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in B2B business development, with at least 8 years of experience at the Director/Head BD level. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in new client acquisition and strategic sales within the consulting sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive growth through new logo/client acquisition and strategic enterprise account management
- Lead consultative sales efforts for UX/IT and transformation engagements
- Represent the organization at key industry events
- Mentor/coach BDMs to foster high-performance growth practices
- Leverage CRM, analytics, and automation for insightful sales management and forecasting
- At least 8 years of B2B business development experience at the Director/Head BD level
- Proven experience in handling CXO/enterprise deals and building commercial relationships
- Proficient in CRM and digital selling/marketing tools with a strong analytics background
- Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, leadership experience, and an MBA (preferably global) or prior experience in Big 4/Tier-1 consulting firms or high-growth consulting backgrounds
The ideal candidate will be able to drive growth, lead sales efforts, and mentor team members. They will also be proficient in CRM and digital selling/marketing tools.
