Role Overview

Are you a sensory expert looking to shape the future of food? We are seeking an experienced Sensory Scientist to manage sensory activities in collaboration with project leaders. This involves managing sensory projects, supporting client studies and participating in product development cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project meetings and work with cross-functional team members to define project objectives, determine appropriate sensory and consumer research methodologies, design research plans, coordinate tests, etc.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data, provide technical recommendations, and report results orally or in written standard form.
  • Allocate resources for sensory evaluation studies, integrate results and knowledge, and continuously seek improvements in Sensory Evaluation methods.
  • Deliver sensory results on time, train panelists, and maintain a clean laboratory environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sensory evaluation within beverage, snack, seasoning, sauce, dairy, or FMCG industries.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software such as XLStat, SPSS, JMP, EyeQuestion, or Compusense.
