  • Drive regional sensory and consumer insights activities to deliver commercial plans and customer projects

  • Manage and develop the regional sensory and consumer insights team responsible for guiding flavor development, providing project teams with sensory property understanding, achieving stakeholder satisfaction, identifying key knowledge resources, and optimizing business performance

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of exposure in an MSCI background with excellent technical knowledge in sensory and consumer insights
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience managing diverse teams in a global matrix organization
  • Analytical, creative, and decisive problem-solving skills
  • Positive, team player attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
