Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests with a smile
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assist fellow team members in preparation and setup for food service, ensuring all amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected
  • Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification
  • Be willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Have a well-groomed and professional appearance
