Senior Client Engagement Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Client Engagement Specialist to join our Client Success team. This role is responsible for ensuring every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment.
As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement with our products.
You will build, develop, and manage relationships with clients across various business functions, ensuring they are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription.
Your responsibilities will include introducing Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating value to decision-makers, and conducting client calls to understand client priorities.
You will collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.
A key performance indicator for this role will be renewing assigned accounts and conducting regular reviews of client book of business looking into performance and key client engagement metrics.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant professional experience, native proficiency in Mandarin to manage clients in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and high proficiency in English.
A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients is essential.
This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
