Service and Solutions Consultant

The Service and Solutions Consultant plays a key role in delivering expert guidance and support to customers and partners regarding product capabilities and solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clear guidance and support to customers and partners on product features and solutions.
  • Manage the implementation of projects, including customizing solutions to meet client needs and providing ongoing support after deployment.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, apply problem-solving skills, and ensure timely resolution—support may be needed at different times.
  • Collaborate closely with teams such as Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Quality Assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in software application development, implementation, and support.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL).
  • Understanding of APIs, web services, and basic operating systems (Unix, Windows).
  • Experience with servers and databases is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of .NET/C#, web/mobile frameworks, cloud platforms, or relevant IT certifications.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Willingness to travel for projects is an advantage.
