About the Role:

Civil and Structural Coordinators play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all civil and structural aspects of our projects. They work closely with project managers, design consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and compliance with structural and civil design requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate civil and structural design activities with consultants and internal project teams.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings, design calculations, and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with HDB requirements.
  • Monitor site works related to civil and structural elements to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project schedules.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues on site related to structural works and civil engineering aspects.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including drawings, RFIs, method statements, and progress reports.
  • Support project management in coordinating with authorities (e.g., HDB, BCA) for approvals and inspections.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide feedback to ensure work aligns with approved plans and standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of civil and structural works.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and structural coordination is required, preferably on HDB projects. The candidate should have knowledge of HDB technical requirements, design standards, and construction practices.
