Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a machine tool environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of production techniques, planning, accounting, and human resources.
  • Experience in managing a production assembly team of at least 150 headcounts.
  • Experience in manufacturing and assembly of heavy industrial machines.
