Develop Engaging Learning Content

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Training Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning resources and content that cater to the needs of our organization.

As a key member of our training team, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify relevant content and develop training programs that meet our business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing interactive learning resources such as e-learning modules, presentations, and multimedia content
  • Collaborating with SMEs to ensure clarity and attractiveness of content
  • Managing the content life cycle, including creation, review, and updating of content
  • Implementing a template-based approach and training-the-trainer lessons to support employee development
  • Engaging with internal teams through networking and marketing activities to promote training initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present it in an engaging manner. Proficiency in office and presentation tools, e-learning authoring, and learning management systems is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Detail-oriented, creative thinking, and team player skills
  • Basic understanding of learning theory and adult learning techniques
  • Passion for new technologies and tools for learning in dynamic markets
  • Background in life sciences or biopharma and understanding of customer application processes is a plus
  • Skilled in databases, spreadsheets, and software packages
  • Ability to prioritize workload accurately without losing attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused and approachable, confident in interacting with employees at all levels
