Market Research Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our market research initiatives and drive business growth.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the market research industry, enabling them to lead strategic initiatives, generate new business opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

They will be responsible for planning and executing market research projects, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market research strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research analysis to identify areas of improvement and/or seek new opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement market research initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on market research findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of business development and consulting experience in a market research agency or consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies.
  • Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Native English speaking and Japanese writing is preferred.
