Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Benefits and Operations Analyst to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Program Management
    • Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of our global benefits programs, including providing clear end-to-end process operation frameworks, leading benefits program implementation and communication, maintaining benefits system and policy portals, and addressing benefits-related questions from employees.
    • Administer benefits, leave of absence (LOA), and workers' compensation processes, reporting benefits plan information to management, and ensuring that policies are renewed on time and do not lapse.
  • Benefits Audits and Compliance
    • Conduct audits of benefits packages and policies to ensure that the company's processes are compliant and support Regional BIK reporting.
  • Compensation and Benefits Projects
    • Partner with the Compensation and Benefits Center of Excellence (COE) to work on compensation and benefits projects or programs and to deliver training and benefits program updates, ensuring benefits awareness among HR professionals and employees about changes to the benefits and tax implications.
  • Employee Engagement and Communication
    • Customize engagement campaigns/knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that are essential and valuable for our stakeholders.
    • Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flagging potential alternative/solutions to the Team Leader.
  • Relationship Management
    • Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors such as brokers and health providers.
  • Proactivity and Autonomy
    • Dare to step out of your comfort zone by going beyond your role and responsibilities and finding effective workarounds and solutions.
    Requirements
    • Minimum of 5-8 years' HR experience.
    • Preferably with global experience of at least 3 to 5 countries in recent employment.
    • Solid knowledge of benefits insurance renewal processes and hands-on experience in enrollment processes and local reporting.
    • Strong passion for HR Operations and Benefits, someone who enjoys ideating solutions and seeking challenges yet being detail-oriented and managing confidentiality.
    • Excellent analytical skills to research and evaluate benefits programs to make informed choices.
    • Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and be proactive, understanding general HR policies, current best practices, work visa procedures, and current best practices overseas regions, and present information clearly and in a manner that is understandable to managers and employees.
    • Communicate and bring up issues efficiently with clarity, having a customer service mindset, and portraying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Reliable team player, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
