Business Development Manager – APAC Role

This senior position involves leading market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Analyzing customer personas, including end-users, system integrators, contractors, and distributors.
  • Conducting voice-of-customer research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Developing actionable insights to support business growth and expansion in the APAC region.

Drive marketing strategy and value design by championing the company's value proposition across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Developing enablement tools, including messaging frameworks, content, and sales collateral.
  • Positioning offerings effectively based on market and regional dynamics.

Executing go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns to drive business results.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of go-to-market efforts.
  • Addressing market execution challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, product marketing, or strategy.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure and structured cabling standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Asia Pacific region.
