
Sales and Customer Support Professional

As a skilled sales and customer support professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Processing sales orders and preparing shipping documents for efficient delivery.
• Monitoring and maintaining stock allocation sheets to ensure seamless logistics management.
• Liaising with factories and forwarders on shipping arrangements and coordinating with customers and the logistics department on delivery schedules.
• Handling product enquiries from customers and performing other assigned duties as required.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
• A minimum of 'N'/ 'O'/ 'A' Level, ITE or Diploma in any relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales administration or customer service support.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong multitasking abilities.
