Product Manager Lead


Job Summary:

A highly skilled and experienced Product Manager is required to lead the development and management of wealth lending products, driving customer engagement, retention, business growth, and Assets Under Management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end product lifecycle for wealth lending, including product development, launch, promotion, training, and monitoring.
  • Support strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through innovative wealth lending solutions.
  • Help oversee customer lending portfolio, ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting to prevent defaults and provide Management Information to front-line staff.
  • Contribute to delivering world-class solutions to retail and affluent clients aimed at growing, protecting, preserving, and transferring their wealth.
  • Assist in developing and managing products within a tight risk and control framework, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on customer engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with various teams across the organization.
