Freight Logistics Specialist

The Freight Logistics Specialist plays a pivotal role in the logistics and transportation process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers. This position demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle overtime when necessary.
This individual must be proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, improve, and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email, resolving issues such as damaged cargo, billing discrepancies, and other logistics concerns.
- Prepare and process quotations and sales-related documents for airfreight, seafreight, logistics, and customs brokerage.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, including outdoor sales, operations, finance, and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, which requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
