Freight Operation Coordinator

Coordinating and managing logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight is a key responsibility of this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the coordination and management of logistics and shipping operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork
    • Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth transportation from origin to destination, keeping clients and stakeholders informed as needed
    • Inspect cargo in the warehouse to ensure proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations
    • Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation
    • Support permit declarations and ensure compliance with customs regulations
    • Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues or delays
    • Provide support to clients and internal teams, answering queries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics processes
    • Carry out ad-hoc duties as required to support the logistics department and meet operational goals
