Regional Contract and Cost Manager

The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight on contract administration and project financial matters. This includes leading and developing the contracts and cost management function across regional offices, guiding the team through all project phases from pre-contract to completion and final account closure, reviewing and preparing contractual documents, claims, variations, and related correspondence, overseeing tender reviews and providing direction to ensure competitiveness and compliance, managing supplier and subcontractor negotiations to secure favourable terms, tracking and monitoring project costs, timelines, and adherence to contractual obligations, partnering with project teams to resolve issues, assess claims, and maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of contracts and familiar with PSSCOS and SIA COC
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to deliver under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proven leadership skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities
