Sales and Supply Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Supply Support Specialist to join our team at Ikano-Retail. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent availability, range management, and forecasting at the lowest possible costs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Secure the highest goods availability possible, supporting the commercial team's strategy and sales direction, considering country-specific positioning campaigns, the commercial calendar, and local store activities.
- Act as the main contact partner for all range management and operational supply-related questions, in the commercial team in the store.
- Work actively with sales in range management, securing qualitative and timely administration of the range in the systems, and highlighting deviations of the range frame and parameters.
- Act as a gatekeeper to rationalize forecast inputs from Sales and ensure receiving is on time for Sales' activation, taking into consideration available capacity.
- Contribute to the successful replenishment by working actively with forecasting and ordering in alignment with the commercial calendar.
- Support the Sales and Supply Support Manager with stock discrepancies analysis as part of the inventory management process.
- Produce timely and periodic follow-ups to commercial and management teams regarding operational processes in the store, including phasing in and out, overstock, and concrete activities and non-central shortages.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Supply Chain and operational excellence to support in retail and/or logistics processes, tools, and working methods.
- You are analytical, able to make objective decisions based on monitoring and reviewing of the in-store Logistics system and other available information.
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain effective work relationships with cross-departmental colleagues and confident in approaching and talking to people from all levels.
- You have MS Office proficiency knowledge and knowledge in MVBC (Master Version Business Central) system is preferred.
- You can commit to work on public holidays and weekends.
