Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to manage daily offshore drilling operations, ensuring seamless contract execution in line with industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate supply and delivery schedules with internal and external parties, optimizing nomination of ship/cargo dates to meet time-sensitive objectives.Nominate inspection companies for cargo quality and quantity controls, maintaining consistent results.Oversee storage locations, including preservation reconciliations.Conduct post-deal activities, such as operational end-of-job reports, ensuring timely communication of operational information.Perform tasks accurately and on time, adhering to company procedures and Risk Control Matrix.Enter operational data into the operations system in a timely manner, maintaining up-to-date records for effective information flow.Maintain and handle operational records appropriately, following internal control guidelines and regulatory requirements.Interface daily with internal teams, fostering strong working relationships across departments.Act as a point of contact for internal and external issues, participating in team meetings to escalate and resolve operational concerns.Be available to manage critical issues outside regular office hours, potentially requiring evening or weekend attention.
