Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the development of new products from concept to mass production. This role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure they meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate various internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed NPI project plans, including schedules, phase-gate reviews, validation builds, and production ramp readiness
  • Oversee the validation process to ensure the product meets design specifications, reliability, and build quality standards before full-scale production
  • Regularly report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status to monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure component availability and production capacity for manufacturing
  • Identify potential issues in the development, manufacturing, or supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate them
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in IVI (infotainment) or ADAS systems
  • Strong familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ASPICE)
  • Extensive Experience in PCB Assembly and Product Testing
  • Understanding of electronic components, PCBA manufacturing processes IPC standards
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution
  • PMP certification is highly preferred
