Job Title: Senior Project Manager

 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our teams in developing detailed project plans, reviewing project plans, executing process activities, and ensuring profitable delivery of quality business systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans that meet time frames, costs, and procedures
  • Execute a range of process activities from request for proposal to development, testing, and final delivery
  • Responsible for project deliverables with an emphasis on quality, productivity, and consistency
  • Conduct timely project reviews to recommend changes to project schedules, cost, or resource requirements

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years experience in project management and leading web application projects
  • PMP or ITPM certifications preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and address escalations and concerns
  • Able to negotiate with customers on maintenance and CR pricing

 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate from Bachelor's Degree
  • Plus point with experience in Software Developer / Business Analyst
